This is my first photoshoot, what should I know?
No worries! I’ll guide you through the whole process to make sure you feel comfortable and confident. Before the shoot, we’ll discuss your ideas, location, outfit choices, and any specific preferences you have. On the day of the session, I’ll give you gentle direction while keeping things natural and relaxed.
What does the process look like?
Every client is different, so I always like to start with an open conversation before we begin. We'll talk about what makes you excited and what you're hoping to get out of the photoshoot.
Sessions usually last between 45 minutes and 2 hours. I carefully edit the photos and this can take anywhere between 2-8 hours. My goal is to create a collection of images that feel natural, joyful, and timeless.
I deliver an online gallery of carefully edited, high-resolution images that can be downloaded in both print and social media sizes.
What should I wear?
I always recommend neutral, light-coloured clothing. Soft patterns and earthy-colours can also work well. I recommend avoiding bold patterns, logos or bright colours. The most important thing is that you feel comfortable!
How many pictures will I receive and how long does it take?
It depends on what we've agreed on. I have different packages available for dance, families, editorial work, branding, headshots and events. In general, I take 1-2 weeks to edit all the photos. You'll receive a link to the online gallery.
I can send a few preview photos within 24 hours upon request.
Where do you photograph?
Most often I shoot on-site with my clients, but I also have a home studio near the centre of Delft.
Are you available outside of Delft?
Yes! I work worldwide. I charge +/- €0.45/km for travel within the Netherlands.
How does payment work?
I will send you an invoice upon delivery of the complete gallery. Payment is done by bank transfer.
